Delivery
As flowers are a product of nature, they may vary in colour and variety due to seasonal availability. If a product is unavailable we will use our judgment to replace it with a suitable alternative. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your floral arrangement, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We may request a photo of the arrangement to assess the issues. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Deliveries sent to the wrong address due to incorrect delivery address provided by the sender will not be eligible for a refund. If we accidentally deliver to the incorrect address, we will organise a re delivery to the correct address as soon as we are aware of the situation.
Replacements and store credits are not available for orders that have been delivered and are beyond a 48-hour quality concern window. Flowers are required to be handled and cared for appropriately. Please ensure they are put into fresh water with their stem ends drinking and are kept away from direct heat - failure to do so will result in wilted flowers no replacement will be offered.
