We strive for the highest level of satisfaction, however, we understand there may be instances where you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Order cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at floristballarat@gmail.com with your order number. We will be able to reschedule your delivery or offer a store credit.

Substitutions

- As flowers are a product of nature, they may vary in colour and variety due to seasonal availability. If a product is unavailable we will use our judgment to replace it with a suitable alternative.

Quality concerns

- If you are not satisfied with the quality of your floral arrangement, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

- We may request a photo of the arrangement to assess the issues.

- Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect delivery

- Deliveries sent to the wrong address due to incorrect delivery address provided by the sender will not be eligible for a refund.

- If we accidentally deliver to the incorrect address, we will organise a re delivery to the correct address as soon as we are aware of the situation

No replacement situations

- Replacements and store credits are not available for orders that have been delivered and are beyond a 48-hour quality concern window.

- Flowers are required to be handled and cared for appropriately. Please ensure they are put into fresh water with their stem ends drinking and are kept away from direct heat - failure to do so will result in wilted flowers no replacement will be offered.

Additional Notes

- We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstances.
